All alcohol sales are final. WineTenders accepts returns or replacements only for wine deemed defective at bottling, including cork taint, cork failure, or proven spoilage not caused by shipping or storage.

Damage from shipping, temperature changes, mishandling, or carrier negligence is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery to contact@winetenders.co with documentation. All determinations are at the sole discretion of WineTenders.

• WineTenders ships only within Texas to addresses where alcohol delivery is lawful. (3-7 Days)

• Orders outside Texas will be canceled and refunded.

• Adult signature may be required at delivery.

• WineTenders is not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or incorrect delivery info.
