STORE POLICY

Welcome to WineTenders! We’re committed to delivering high-quality wine-related products and exceptional service. Please read our store policy below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

 

 

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

• You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

 

 

2. Shipping

• We currently ship within state of Texas only. (New shipping states coming soon)

• Standard shipping times vary based on your location and will be estimated at checkout.

• WineTenders is not responsible for delays due to weather, courier errors, or incorrect shipping addresses.

 

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@winetenders.co within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

• We will work with you to replace the item or issue store credit where applicable.

 

 

4. Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective products and must be approved after review.

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

 

 

5. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

 

6. Custom Orders & Events

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

• All deposits for events, pop-ups, or private tastings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract or invoice.

 

 

7. Wine Charms & Accessories

• Our wine charms and accessories are handmade with care. Please handle them gently to preserve their quality.

• Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of these products.
