WineTenders Wine operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local alcohol laws. By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Orders are not considered final until accepted and processed by WineTenders.

• Customers will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification with tracking details once the order ships.

2. Shipping & Delivery (Texas Only)

• WineTenders currently ships within the State of Texas only.

• Orders with shipping addresses outside of Texas will be automatically canceled and refunded.

• WineTenders ships only to addresses where lawful delivery of alcohol is permitted.

• Adult signature may be required at delivery in accordance with applicable alcohol regulations.

• WineTenders is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

3. Returns & Exchanges (Defective Product Only)

• All alcohol sales are final.

• WineTenders accepts returns or replacements only for wine that is determined to be defective at bottling,

including:

• Cork taint

• Cork failure

• Proven wine spoilage not caused by shipping or storage conditions

• Damage caused by shipping, temperature fluctuation, mishandling, or carrier negligence is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

• Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery to contact@winetenders.co, with supporting documentation.

• All determinations are made at the sole discretion of WineTenders.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued only for verified defective products.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Order Limitations & Cancellations

• WineTenders reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

• This includes limits per customer, household, account, credit card, or shipping address.

• Orders appearing to be placed by resellers, wholesalers, distributors, or dealers may be canceled without notice.
